Been going here for more than two years. Service has been up and down, but essentially positive. Just called to ask about setting a time for an MVP. Was told: they don’t. Asked how busy they were - was told pretty consistent. Asked how long is the wait - was told 5-30 minutes. Is that consistent? I do try to accommodate, and I enjoy the service and am willing to pay for such. I also appreciate company policy. I do not accept the attitude and inconsistent approach. Enjoying the whole experience is an asset to the process - this has not been. 12-31-20.
